Cedar Park is located just a short drive from Cleethorpes Beach on the edge of Tetney village.
All the self catering cottages at Cedar Park are modern, spacious and SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. They have been awarded 4* from Visit Britain and 100% for their cleanliness. They have all the comforts of a modern home.
The cottages are all on one level making them ideal for
- families with children
- wheelchairs and scooters
- guests with mobility impairment.
Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, fanoven, microwave, steamer and a very good selection of crockery, glassware, and cookware. The bathrooms all have a bath and a shower, plentiful hot water and complimentary toiletries. The bedrooms are really spacious and beds have quality matresses and bedlinen to ensure a wonderful night's sleep. Each bedroom and lounge has a flat-screen TV with freeview and DVD (please feel free to bring your own movies)
The cottages are set in 5 acres of grounds, with wild flower meadows, lawns, landscaped borders and pony paddocks. The atmosphere at Cedar Park is one of relaxation and tranquility. After an exciting day at work or play come home to Cedar Park and feel the pressures of life float away.

Well what an absolutely stunning find on the internet, peace and tranquillity was what we was looking for and we definitely found that. Sarah was extremely helpful and exceeded our expectations(THANKYOU). We wouldn’t even bother to look anywhere else again as we wouldn’t be able to find anything more PERFECT than what we have had here. We will be back again with the children hopefully, also made a new friend with Sinbad – lol!! Thankyou for making our stay such a pleasurable one.

Bluebell Cottage
Firstly, many congratulations to Sarah and Simon for providing Cleethorpes area with these first quality, four star cottages. The cottages are beautifully appointed, and set in lovely peaceful surroundings. Not here will you find faded candlewick bedspreads, unmatched china, dribbling plastic showers or burnt stained sofas. Instead you will find embroidered matching bedding on a comfortable bed, co-ordinated china, cutlery and a whole range of kitchenware, a quality shower in a beautifully tiled bathroom and a leather sofa complete with pretty cushions. Its the thoughtful things that count too- a complete home laundry – for the long distance traveller, a box of toys for the little people, a torch for those dark walks home from the village pub and outdoor tables and chairs set out on a flower laden patio. Ours was not a holiday as such, but it was lovely to come “home” to a little peaceful haven each day. Very many thanks to Sarah, Simon and Family (including Sinbad, Buster and friends) we will return.

Many thanks for a wonderful week. The cottages were beautiful and we were so lucky with the weather too. Breakfast outside every morning! Sarah was a wonderful “landlady” and so kind. A lovely bottle of wine for my mum’s 70th birthday and always a friendly word. And we couldn’t forget the equally warm welcomes from Sinbad and Buster!!!

We have stayed in many places over the years, however, this has been by far the best yet. Having 3 small children can be difficult to keep them entertained whilst in any accommodation, but Sarah, Simon, Jamie and Sam have been great hosts. The boys thoroughly enjoyed playing rugby and most of all their rides on the grass cutter. Sarah gave us great ideas for days out for our boys agegroup, which were all great places to visit. The cottage was stunning and peaceful (at kids bedtimes) and spotlessly clean. Everything had been well thought out from the decor to the toiletries. Have already recommended and will continue to do so. Hope to see you all soon and Sinbad and Buster and chickens. Good luck to you all and thankyou for letting us share your dream.

We stayed at Cedar Park due to watching Rocky Horror at Grimsby Auditorium.
The Cottage is beautiful and we were made to feel very welcome. We are hoping to come and stay again when the weather gets a little better.

Poppy Cottage has been a wonderful base for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds (wonderful walking), the shore and dunes (wildlife reserves with exciting flowers - 3 species of orchid) and the South Humber around Barton.
